Just a short post for a sunny Thursday morning and yes to me it’s still cold. Am rather looking forward to my new heater, it maybe Spring but it’s like Autumn. Would rather however have a thermal cube – if you don’t know what that is then you’ll have to start following my Kharman series. They’re more compact considering it’s Kyliean tech and Kyliean tech is more superior than Earth tech. As I write this post I only have one book but more will follow and you, the reader, will have to read the first book otherwise you will be lost if you jump into book 3 and book 4. It’s just like a TV series. People jump into series 3, realize it’s a good show but have no idea what’s going on because they weren’t watching from the start.
Several people have bought my book but so far I only see one review so after a few other book reviewers contacted me I decided to have my book reviewed, by a complete stranger who does this, from what I can tell, as a living. Despite looking at the books they’ve done I don’t actually know what to expect but if this leads to more exposure then it can only be a good thing and I was warned to expect an antagonistic review, perhaps from bigger media outlets, even criticism, and as content creators we should anticipate this.
As of now my book’s practically invisible due to Amazon not allowing me to advertise and Facebook temporally banning me from advertising, due to a post of last year. In my opinion this is very draconian behaviour. As of now I can see the kind of world where going into where you can be reprimanded over a historical inoffensive post meme. In more extreme circumstances people have had their liberty taken away due to what they express and books have been burned in other countries. The second story may touch on that a little. But me being hindered on certain sites just illustrates their power and the power of all these platforms such as Amazon, YouTube and Facebook over the people who use them.
